As per other reviews, Nick is a very straight forward and honest agent unlike many others out there that like to often play games.
I describe him as young agent with an old school mentality and morals.
When selling my property he would keep me updated and very transparent no matter how big or small the queries or movement on the sale.
Nick also manages my investment properties and will continue to do so in future purchases, my tenants love him and makes it so easy I forget I even have them.
When an increase is due he will sort out on his own accord which states he has good measures and documentation on his end.
